• Design – A highly trained staff member will meet you in person, then explain, in-depth each phase of the process and how everything works. Then, he or she will ask you what your vision is and give you some design suggestions. After that, we will email you a detailed quote where you can pick and choose which items you would like to have completed.
• Lights & Add-Ons – We supply commercial-grade Christmas lights and ad-ons. From roof lights, illuminated wreaths, tree lighting and everything in-between. These lights will shine bright and brilliant while providing you with the best possible way to achieve your investments desired look.
• Installation – Big Shot Lights employees are fully certified and trained. We ensure that your lights will be installed correctly, safely and exactly how you want them to look.
• Maintenance – We provide 24 hour a day FREE service calls for your "rental" lights within our guidelines. We only use high grade LED lights to ensure they function perfectly. However, if you notice a burnt out bulb or any issues just give us a call and we will show up within 24hrs.  If the issue falls outside of our guidelines a "Call out Fee" may be applied.
• Take down – At the end of the holiday season you do not need to face the cold or climb ladders to take down your display. We will come and take down the lights at the start of the New Year. If you’d like to leave your display up a bit longer, let us know and we’ll schedule your takedown for the date of your choosing no later than February 10th at no extra cost
• Storage – Once we have taken down your lights, we’ll pack them away, complete any needed maintenance and have them ready for you to use again the following season. This will leave your basement or garage with more room and less clutter. With Big Shot the holidays have never been brighter.

*Note: We only "rent" LED lights to residential properties & we have a minimum charge of $1000. Remember, we DO NOT install your lights. We will "rent or "sell" lights to our commercial customers. Sales require a minimum order of $5000 with a 25% deposit along with a PO# (custom orders are subject to a 2 week wait period for shipping)
